PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed which facilitates the taking out and storage of insertion ports for a side fence.SOLUTION: A bed comprises: a frame body 11 serving as a base of the bed, in which a side fence having two support posts can be attached and detached； a first support member 31 attached rotatably to the frame body 11 and having a first insertion hole 37 for receiving one of the two support posts； a second support member 32 attached rotatably to the frame body 11 and having a second insertion hole 38 for receiving the other of the two support posts； and a connection rod 33 for connecting the first and second support members 31, 32 together. Each of the first and second support members 31, 32 is rotated between a first position which is the inner side from the side end of the bed and a second position which exposes the fist and second insertion holes 37, 38 to the outside from the side end of the bed.
