The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cleansing sheet and a thimble-type cleansing pad manufactured by using the same. The method for manufacturing a cleansing sheet comprises the following steps: preparing nonwoven fabric which comprises 50-80 wt% of viscose and 50-20 wt% of polyester, has a thickness of 80-100 g/m^2, and is processed to be embossed； manufacturing a cleansing solution by obtaining unsaturated fatty acid in a liquid phase by removing saturated fatty acid, obtained as a sediment by cooling vegetable oil at 1-10°C, by filtration and isolation, adding potassium hydroxide with water into the unsaturated fatty acid in the liquid phase, and heating the same at 50-80°C to perform saponification reaction； and applying the cleansing solution to the nonwoven fabric. According to the present invention, the disposable thimble-type cleansing pad comprises a first cleansing sheet and a second cleansing sheet, is formed to have four round corners, and has the outer circumference fused by ultrasonic waves.
