PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule production apparatus easily ejecting a droplet having an appropriate size regardless of the nature of liquids.SOLUTION: A capsule production apparatus includes a liquid ejecting part formed of: a pressurizing part 11 reciprocating in a predetermine direction an elastomer 30 elastically deforming in the predetermine direction by being pressurized by the pressurizing part and a liquid holding part 20 holding a core material including a liquid to be a raw material of a core of a capsule inside thereof and having a nozzle with a periphery surrounded by the elastomer at a bottom surface part.
