PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic cylindrical bandage that is good in wearing feeling and use feeling, also can receive a pressure force of good balance when in use, also eliminates a sense of incongruity when in use, prevents a wearing state from coming loose by a users exercise or the occurrence of movement of a position, and can be attached and detached without difficulty by applying a specific pressure in the wearing direction even if a user is not an expert, and furthermore, has breathability.SOLUTION: Human body perimeter information m comprises: a base part 10 setting the number of seams similar to calculation results calculating the Youngs modulus E of a wale side an auxiliary fixing part 20 annularly forming a less elastic knitting fabric by increasing the number of knitted stitches in the side of the direction near to a heart from the base part 10 and a cutting part 30 annularly disposing multiple fray stoppers formed in the opposite side from the auxiliary fixing part 20 of the base part 10 and capable of being cut freely.
