PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressive circular knitted fabric which is improved in wearing comfort.SOLUTION: A compressive circular knitted fabric is used for fixing an articulated extremity and is formed of a knitting yarn and an elastic yarn which form loops, and an interknitted elastic weft yarn. The compressive circular knitted fabric comprises two first knitted fabric portions (2) which are spaced apart from each other in a knitted fabric longitudinal direction and are knitted with floats therein, and between which there is provided a knitted fabric region (3) comprising further different multiple knitted fabric portions adjacent in a circumferential direction.
