The present invention relates to an intramedullary rod (IM) for bone bonding. The IM rod for bone bonding according to the present invention is disposed in the bone-marrow cavity, which is the center of the other bone, which requires bonding with any one of the broken bones, and is formed to be long along the direction in which the other bone is formed. The IM rod comprises a plurality of guide holes for guiding a binding mechanism which penetrates the other bone and is bound to the one bone, wherein the guide holes are composed of a main hole and a pair of sub-holes located at a position forming a triangular vertex together with the main hole.
