The present invention relates to a novel 1,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamidine compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having inverse agonist activity or antagonistic activity against a cannabinoid CB1 receptor, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The inventive compound shows cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonistic activity with a high selectivity for the peripheral tissues, thereby exhibiting anti-obesity effects, and thus is useful in the prevention or treatment of obesity or obesity-related metabolic diseases.Cette invention concerne un nouveau composé de 1,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamidine ou un sel de celui-ci pharmaceutiquement acceptable ayant une activité agoniste inverse ou une activité antagoniste contre un récepteur CB1 des cannabinoïdes, un procédé pour le préparer et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant. Le composé selon linvention présente une activité antagoniste du récepteur CB1 des cannabinoïdes ayant une sélectivité élevée pour les tissus périphériques, manifestant ainsi des effets anti-obésité, et qui est par conséquent utile pour prévenir ou traiter lobésité ou des maladies métaboliques liées à lobésité.
