The present invention relates to a driving device installed in a driving chamber space (22) of an incubator having an incubation chamber space (11) and a driving chamber space (22) partitioned by a back plate (33). The driving device comprises: a cradle (210) having an egg rolling connection pin (132) inserted thereinto and engaged with the egg rolling connection pin (132) to reciprocate in left and right directions, wherein the egg rolling connection pin (132) protrudes rearward from a rear end of a transfer tray (130) installed in the incubation chamber space (11) and configured to pass through the back plate (33) for partitioning the incubation chamber space (11) and the driving chamber space (22) so as to enter the driving chamber space (22); a housing unit (220) attached to the back plate (33) to maintain airtightness and configured to provide an inner side thereof as an installation space for the cradle (210) and guide the cradle (210) to reciprocate in the left and right directions by accommodating upper and lower ends of the cradle (210) in an upper inner side and a lower inner side, respectively; an electric motor (230) mounted on an outer side of the housing unit (220); and a lead screw (240) connected to a rotary shaft of the electric motor (230) and fastened to a screw nut (211) provided on the cradle (210), such that the cradle (210) is configured to reciprocate in the left and right directions due to the screw nut (211) fastened to engage the lead screw (240) according to a rotation direction of the electric motor (230).
