PURPOSE: A grain sprouting and drying apparatus is provided to use one tank for sprouting and drying barley for reducing the number of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A grain sprouting and drying apparatus includes a tank(10), a loading plate(20), a moving unit(30), a rotating unit, a hot-air supplying unit, and a controller(60). The tank is formed in a pool shape including a drain(11) on the bottom. The loading plate includes plural draining holes(21), and is installed on the upper side of the tank. The moving unit is installed on the upper side of the tank having the narrow width, and is selectively moving along to the side on the tank having the wide width. The rotating unit is vertically arranged on the inner surface of the tank for stirring and rotating. The hot-air supplying unit supplies hot air to a space formed in between the tank and the loading plate.
