PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation medium member, a cultivation medium, and a cultivation container which are lightweight, easy to handle, and capable of improving the growth environment of plants.SOLUTION: A cultivation medium comprises: a first cultivation medium member 2 which has a reticulated bag 21 with flexibility whose one end side is openable and closable, a finely divided resin material 22 made of foamed resin housed in the mesh bag 21 and a fertilizer mixture 23 containing at least a fertilizer and a plurality of second cultivation medium members 4 which have a reticulated bag 81 with flexibility disposed around the first cultivation medium member 2 and being openable and closable on one end side, a finely divided resin material 82 made of foamed resin housed in the reticulated bag 81, and a water retaining material 83 mixed and disposed in the finely divided resin material 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
