In the present invention, a T2* image having no flow compensation and a T2* image having flow compensation are obtained. An image which shows a flow phenomenon is additionally reconstructed by subtracting two images, thus, an accurate T2* image and a blood vessel image are obtained at the same time. The accurate T2* image can be obtained by using a readout gradient having no flow compensation. The T2* image and the blood vessel can be obtained at the same time. Thereby, a clinical decision for the blood vessel velocity of a blood and a clinical decision of acute stroke are considered at the same time. So, it can be in clinically wide use.본 발명에서는, 유동 보상을 하지 않은 T2* 영상과 유동 보상을 한 T2* 영상의 양자를 획득하고 두 영상을 차감함으로써 유동 현상을 나타내는 영상을 추가로 재구성하여, 정확한 T2* 영상과 혈관 영상을 동시에 얻는다. 유동보상을 사용하지 않는 판독경사를 사용하여 정확한 T2* 영상을 얻을 수 있으며, 정확한 T2* 영상과 혈관 영상을 동시에 획득할 수 있으므로, 혈관의 혈류속도에 대한 임상적 판단과 급성 뇌졸중 임상적 판단을 동시에 고찰할 수 있어 임상적으로 널리 활용될 수 있다.
