PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device that can early determine a state of a person to be measured with a simple system.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 1 comprises temperature detecting means 12 for detecting an outside air temperature, pulse wave measuring means 18 for measuring pulse waves of a person to be measured, and state determining means 14 for determining a state of the person to be measured on the basis of a detection result of the temperature detecting means and a measurement result of the pulse wave measuring means.
