The invention provides a method of making a personalized neoplasia vaccine for a subject diagnosed as having a neoplasia, which includes identifying a plurality of mutations in the neoplasia, analyzing the plurality of mutations to identify a subset of at least five neo-antigenic mutations predicted to encode neo-antigenic peptides, the neo-antigenic mutations selected from the group consisting of missense mutations, neoORF mutations, and any combination thereof, and producing, based on the identified subset, a personalized neoplasia vaccine.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un vaccin personnalisé contre les néoplasies et destiné à un sujet diagnostiqué comme présentant une néoplasie, ce procédé consistant à identifier une pluralité de mutations dans la néoplasie, analyser la pluralité de mutations pour identifier un sous-ensemble d'au moins cinq mutations néo-antigéniques prévues pour coder des peptides néo-antigéniques, les mutations néo-antigéniques sélectionnées dans le groupe comprenant des mutations faux-sens, des néomutations ORF et toute combinaison de celles-ci et produisant, sur la base du sous-ensemble identifié, un vaccin personnalisé contre les néoplasies.
