PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer having a wind up unit which can be constituted in a compact size while preventing an air tube in the wind up unit from bending.SOLUTION: The wind up unit 150 of the air tube mounted on the sphygmomanometer 100 includes a reel body 153 rotatably supported by a case body and a helical spring biasing the reel body 153 in a wind direction of the air tube, the air tube includes a portion 162 to be wound by the reel body 153, a fixed portion 163 fixed immovably to the reel body, and a freely movable portion 164 freely moving with the rotational movement of the reel body 153. The freely movable portion 164 of the air tube is housed in a housing chamber 153a arranged inside of the reel body 153.
