The present invention relates to a hand massage apparatus using air pressure. The hand massage apparatus using air pressure performs a massage function on the hand in such a manner that the hand is pressurized, or pressurization on the hand is released by supplying air pressure into an air pocket or discharging the air pressure from the air pocket. The apparatus simplifies structure of the air pocket and enables the air pocket to be easily controlled by integrally forming the air pocket such that the air pocket is communicated with both a finger pressurization unit and a hand pressurization unit. In particular, the apparatus forms a separate auxiliary pressurization unit in the hand pressurization unit such that a process of inserting the hand can be easily performed without interference, and can also prevent a pressurization strength on the hand from being dropped to be conveniently used and to be able to maintain a uniform pressurization strength on an overall area of the hand at the same time. Further, the apparatus forms a separate palm pressurization unit capable of pressurizing the palm on the air pocket, thereby independently supplying and discharging air pressure such that a palm central region can be separately local-pressurized, or pressurization on the palm central region can be released in a process of performing a pressurizing massage operation on the hand.
