The present invention relates to a reusable thermoplastic cast. The cast according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a core material (10) having a net shape by forming a synthetic resin elastic polymer in a net shape by injection molding or pressing process and a structure (20) made of a polycaprolactone composite material, and molded to surround an outer circumferential surface of the core material (10) by injection molding. Provided in the present invention is a cast having improved ventilation by forming the cast in a net shape, and being proper to mass production while being structurally strong by molding the cast by a mechanical method such as injection molding.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 재사용이 가능한 열가소성 캐스트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 캐스트는 합성수지 탄성중합체를 사출 성형 또는 프레스 가공에 의해 그물 형상으로 성형함으로써 그물 형상을 가지는 심재(10)와 폴리카프로락톤 복합재로 이루어지며, 인서트 사출에 의해 상기 심재(10)의 외주면을 감싸도록 성형된 구조체(20)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 캐스트를 그물 형상으로 형성함으로써 통풍성이 향상되고, 캐스트를 인서트 사출과 같은 기계적인 방식에 의해 성형함으로써 대량생산에 적합하면서도 구조적으로 강건한 캐스트가 제공된다.
