PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent with a valve such that foreign matter is unlikely to enter the inside of the stent.SOLUTION: A stent 10 with a valve is provided with multiple waving members 22 having flexibility to the extent of being able to wave in a body in the whole circumference of a main body 12. Accordingly, the waving member 22 being a valve body is easy to be bent in comparison with a conventional cylindrical valve body, and an axial dimension of the waving member 22 is equal to the inner diameter D of the main body 12 or more, and therefore the opening of the main body 12 is easily covered when some waving members 22 are bent toward the inside of the main body 12, and thereby foreign matter is easily prevented from entering the inside of the main body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ステント内に異物が入り難い弁付ステントを提供すること。【解決手段】弁付ステント10は、本体12の全周に、体内で靡く程度の柔軟性を有する複数の靡き部材22が設けられているため、従来の筒状の弁体に比べ、弁体である靡き部材22が撓み易く、且つ、靡き部材22の軸方向寸法が本体12の内径D以上であるため、一部の靡き部材22が本体12の内側に向けて撓んだ場合に本体12の開口部を覆い易いので、本体12内に異物が入り込むのを防止し易い。【選択図】図1
