PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope operation training device which facilitates assembly and disassembly of the device, which does not require much time for installation and exchange of a tubular organ, and has excellent stability when executing endoscope operation training.SOLUTION: An endoscope operation training device 1 comprises: a main body 2 formed of an organ supporting plate 11, two leg supporting plates 12, and an insertion tube supporting body 13; and a net body 3. The organ supporting plate 11 comprises a fitting part 112 on each of opposite ends, comprises a screw hole 11a at each of opposite corners of end surfaces, a fitting hole 113a is provided from one end surface inwardly, and a locking groove 113b is provided on each of opposite sides of the fitting hole 113a. The leg supporting plate 12 is formed so that inner and outer peripheral faces have regular octagonal shape, with a fitting groove 122 formed in a center part of an inner peripheral face thereof and an insertion hole 12a formed on each of the opposite sides of the inner peripheral face.
