PURPOSE: An LED apparatus for cultivating seaweed is provided to adjust the wavelength of light emitted from the apparatus to be optimally suitable for the growth point of the seaweed. CONSTITUTION: An LED apparatus for cultivating seaweed comprises the following: a first current detecting unit detecting the current amount flowing in first LEDs(103) having the first color temperature a second current detecting unit detecting the current amount flowing in second LED2 having the second color temperature a first power source unit(111) supplying power to the first LEDs to match the current amount of the LEDs to the first target current value a second power source unit(113) supplying power to the second LEDs to match the current amount of the LEDs to the second target current value and first and second over-current protector(105,103) secluding the current supplied to the LEDs when the voltage higher than the preset voltage is applied.본 발명은 바닷물 속에서 생장하는 해조류의 생장을 촉진시키기 위하여 빛을 출사시키는 LED 장치에 관한 것으로, 두 개의 전원부에 의하여 각각 전류량들이 제어되는 저색온도 LED와 고색온도 LED들로 이루어져 해조류에 출사되는 적색계열 및 청색계의 중심파장을 가변시킬 수 있도록 하여 바닷물의 색상에 따라서 해조류에 최적의 빛을 출사하도록 하는 것이다.
