The invention relates to a phytotherapy preparation composition, to a process for preparing the same and to the use of the said composition as an adjuvant in urinary disorders. According to the invention, the composition comprises 45...50 mg of essential oil of Lavandula officinalis, Juniperus communis and Amaratus, respectively, 50 mg of essential oil of Zingiber officinale, 45...50 mg of vitamin E and, for the remainder up to 400 mg, edible oil. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in intensively mixing the essential oils of Lavandula officinalis, Juniperus communis and Zingiber officinale for 2...6 min, at a temperature of 7...8°C, at an inert gas overpressure of 0.5 at, after which the Amarantus oil previously subjected to sonic treatment for 2...6 min is admixed, as well as the vitamin E and the edible oil previously subjected to sonic treatment for 2...3 min while maintaining the overpressure for 5...7 min, to result in a composition which is conditioned as soft gelatine capsules, in a manner known per se. The composition is intended to be used as adjuvant in urinary disorders.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de preparat fitoterapeutic, la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia şi la utilizarea compoziţiei ca adjuvant în afecţiuni urinare. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din 45...50 mg ulei esenţial de Lavandula officinalis, respectiv,50 mg ulei esenţial de45...50 mg vitamina E şi în rest, până la 400 mg, ulei alimentar. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecare intensivă a uleiurilor esenţiale decuşitimp de 2...6 min, la o temperatură de 7...8°C, la o suprapresiune de gaz inert de 0,5 atm, după care se adaugă uleiul desonicat anterior timp de 2...6 min, vitamina E şi uleiul alimentar sonicat anterior timp de 2...3 min, cu menţinerea suprapresiunii timp de 5...7 min, rezultând o compoziţie care se încapsulează într-un mod în sine cunoscut, sub formă de capsule gelatinoase moi.
