PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical hot moisture lotion sheet for eyes, which prevents low-temperature burns and improves a cosmetic effect in a conventional technique and allows recovery from asthenopia.SOLUTION: For the hot moisture lotion sheet for eyes, a heating member 3 which shows heat generation reaction by presence of air is held in between a front surface sheet 1 and a back surface sheet formed of a nonwoven fabric, and an adhesive sheet comprising an aqueous hydrophilic gel agent is attached to the back surface sheet.
