PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and convenient production method capable of avoiding the aggregation of granules on granulation in producing a granulated material from crystalline cellulose.SOLUTION: A method for producing granulated materials includes a process of performing granulation by spraying a binder solution to a moisture-absorbed crystalline cellulose. The moisture-absorbed crystalline cellulose preferably includes (1/8) to (1/2) pt.mass water based on 1 pt.mass crystalline cellulose before absorbing moisture. The binder solution preferably includes one or ≥2 agents, and as the agent, especially roxatidine acetate hydrochloride, which is a histamine receptor antagonist having a gastric acid secretion inhibitory effect, is preferable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】結晶セルロースから造粒物を製造するにあたり、造粒時の顆粒の凝集を回避できる効率的かつ簡便な製造方法の提供。【解決手段】吸湿結晶セルロースに結合剤溶液を噴霧して造粒を行う工程を含む造粒物の製造方法。該吸湿結晶セルロースは、吸湿前の結晶セルロース1質量部に対して1/8~1/2質量部の水分を含む吸湿結晶セルロースであることが好ましい。該結合剤溶液は、1種又は2種以上の薬剤を含むものであることが好ましく、該薬剤としては、特に、胃酸分泌抑制作用を有するヒスタミン受容体拮抗薬であるロキサチジン酢酸エステル塩酸塩が好ましい。【選択図】なし
