The present invention provides a method of sowing seeds of Zostera sea grass into the sea floor. The method of sowing seeds of Zostera sea grass into the sea floor comprises: a step of preparing red clay with a water content of 20-30%； a step of using the prepared red clay to make a sowing container (10) having a flat structure with a height of 2-4 cm and including a sowing unit (12) of a prescribed vertical height on the middle portion of the upper surface thereof, and a cover (20) having a flat structure with a height of 0.5-2 cm and including a stepped dented unit (22) on the middle portion of the lower surface thereof； a step of scattering a plurality of Zostera sea grass seeds (1) on the sowing unit (12) of the sowing container (10)； a step of scattering charcoal powder (2) on a portion of the upper surface of the sowing unit (12) of the sowing container (10) where the Zostera sea grass seeds (1) are positioned； a step of sealing the upper surface of the sowing container (10) by the cover (20) and coupling red clay on a corner portion of the sowing unit (12) of the sowing container (10) to red clay on a corner portion of the dented unit (22) of the cover (20) to integrate the sowing container (10) and the cover (20)； and a step of lowering the integrated sowing container (10) and cover (20) to the sea floor.본 발명은, 함수율 20% ~ 30%의 황토를 준비하는 단계； 준비된 황토를 이용하여, 2㎝ ~ 4㎝ 높이를 가지는 판상 구조로 이루어지되 상면 중앙부위에는 일정 수직 높이의 파종부(12)가 마련되는 파종용기(10) 및 0.5㎝ ~ 2㎝ 높이를 가지는 판상 구조로 이루어지되 하면 중앙부위에는 단차진 함몰부(22)가 마련되는 덮개(20)를 제작하는 단계； 파종용기(10)의 파종부(12)에 복수 개의 거머리말속 해초 종자(1)를 산포하는 단계； 거머리말속 해초 종자(1)가 위치하는 파종용기(10)의 파종부(12) 상면 부위에 숯가루(2)를 살포하는 단계； 파종용기(10)의 상면을 덮개(20)로서 밀폐하고, 파종용기(10)의 파종부(12) 모서리부위 황토를 덮개(20)의 함몰부(22) 모서리부위 황토와 결합시켜 파종용기(10)와 덮개(20)를 일체화시키는 단계； 일체화된 파종용기(10)와 덮개(20)를 해저면에 투척하는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어지는 거머리말속 해초 종자의 해저면 파종 방법을 제공한다.
