PURPOSE: A polymer composition for anti-adhesion, capable of supporting growth factors is provided to be continuously attached on surgical scar with excellent anti-adhesion function and to have antibacterial and hemostatic properties. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composition for anti-adhesion, capable of supporting growth factors contains 65-85 wt% of polyethylene glycol (PEG), 24-50 wt% of polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol (PEG-PPG-PEG) block copolymers with a molecular weight of 6,000-20,000 Da, 0.03-5 wt% of gelatin, and 0.03-5 wt% of chitosan in distilled water. The block copolymer is two kinds of block copolymers containing PEG in a different content. The content of each block copolymer is 12-25 wt%.
