This invention provides aqueous and non-aqueous clear formulations includingat least one lipophilic bioactive molecules and an amphiphilic solubilizingagent. Exemplary aqueous formulations include a water-soluble reducing agent,which diminishes or prevents chemical degradation of the lipophilic bioactivemolecule. The invention also provides methods of using the formulations of theinvention. For example, the invention provides beverages including the formulationsof the invention. The invention further provides methods of making the formulationsand beverages.
