The present invention relates to a conjugate comprising an antigen (eg a saccharide antigen) covalently linked to a Pseudomonas aeruginosa PcrV carrier protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 80% identity to the sequence of SEQ ID NOs. 1 to 4, wherein the antigen is bound (directly or via a linker) to an amino acid residue of the P. aeruginosa PcrV carrier protein. The invention also relates to Pseudomonas aeruginosa PcrV proteins which contain consensus sequences comprising glycosylation sites.La présente invention concerne un conjugué comprenant un antigène (par exemple un antigène saccharidique) lié de manière covalente à une protéine porteuse PcrV de Pseudomonas aeruginosa comprenant une séquence dacides aminés présentant au moins 80 % didentité avec la séquence des SEQ ID NO : 1 à 4, dans lequel lantigène est lié (directement ou par lintermédiaire dun lieur) à un résidu acide aminé de la protéine porteuse PcrV de P. aeruginosa. Linvention concerne également des protéines PcrV de Pseudomonas aeruginosa qui contiennent des séquences consensus comprenant des sites de glycosylation.
