PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a staff that the expiration date of a disinfectant solution (the time to replace a disinfectant bottle) is approaching without much effort. SOLUTION: The discharge operation detection device 100 is configured by a first member 10 and a second member 20, and the first member 10 and the second member 20 are combined in a disinfecting bottle 500 to be combined. The disinfecting bottles 500 are attached to each other and separated from the disinfecting bottle 500 in a state where they are uncombined with each other. After that, when the state in which the combination of the members 10 and 20 is released is detected, the exchange detection information is transmitted to the management device, and the elapsed time after the exchange detection information is transmitted by the management device is timed to disinfect. By detecting whether or not the expiration date of the liquid is approaching and making a notification, it is possible to eliminate the need for the staff to perform operations other than the replacement of the discharge operation detection device 100 which is inevitable when the disinfection bottle 500 is replaced.
