SOLUTION: The fluid ejecting apparatus 100 includes: a fluid ejecting unit 10 that ejects fluid from a fluid ejecting opening 30 in pulses by reducing the capacity of a fluid chamber 60 by a diaphragm 40 a fluid supply tube 20 communicating with the fluid ejecting unit 10 an inlet channel 72 that supplies the fluid to the fluid chamber 60 and a check valve 90 formed ON a part of the diaphragm 40 and disposed between the inlet channel 72 and the fluid chamber 60, wherein the check valve 90 closes the inlet channel 72 when the capacity of the fluid chamber 60 is reduced and the check valve 90 is bent when the capacity of the fluid chamber 60 is expanded from the reduced state to open the inlet channel 72.
