PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical system, ophthalmic surgical system control program, and ophthalmic surgical microscope allowing a user to easily observe a living body.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical system 100 includes a surgical microscope 1, an ophthalmic optical instrument 50, and a support mechanism 60. The surgical microscope 1 has an observation optical system 30 for guiding observation light fluxes RS and LS from a patients eye E and causes a user to observe the patients eye E during the surgery. The ophthalmic optical instrument 50 performs at least either of light exit and light receiving so as to measure characteristics of the patients eye E or treat the patients eye E.
