PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of clearly expressing a display object within an ultrasonic image in a selective manner.SOLUTION: A voxel group specification part 50 specifies one or a plurality of voxel groups composed of a plurality of voxels in which voxel data satisfies a connection condition on the basis of the voxel data of the plurality of voxels composing the volume data in the volume data of the ultrasonic wave. An image formation part 80 forms an ultrasonic image clearly expressing a display object in a selective manner on the basis of the voxel data of the plurality of voxels corresponding to each voxel group being the display object among the specified one or the plurality of voxel groups.
