PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which does not require an operator to compress a prescribed part of an object to be detected.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 is provided with a control unit 8 controlling a pump 10 which is expanded by inflow of fluid to compress a prescribed part in the state that it encircles the prescribed part of an object to be detected, and adjusts pressure of the fluid to a cuff 20 cancelling the compression to the prescribed part by an expanded state being cancelled by outflow of the fluid. A display part 6 of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 displays pressure of the fluid in the cuff 20. Thus, timing of operation, such as freezing, can be known. The control unit 8 may control the pump 10 on the basis of blood flow velocity calculated on the basis of an echo signal of an ultrasound transmitted to the object to be detected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作者が被検体の所定の部位を圧迫せずに済む超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波診断装置1は、被検体の所定の部位を包囲した状態において、流体の流入によって膨張して前記所定の部位に対する圧迫を加え、流体の流出によって膨張状態が解除されて前記所定の部位に対する圧迫を解除するカフ20への流体の圧力を調節するポンプ10を制御する制御部8を備えることを特徴とする。超音波診断装置1の表示部6には、前記カフ20内における流体の圧力が表示される。これにより、フリーズなどの操作のタイミングを知ることができる。また、制御部8は、前記被検体に対して送信された超音波のエコー信号に基づいて算出される血流の流速に基づいて、前記ポンプ10の制御を行なってもよい。【選択図】図1
