The present invention provides a wearable insect repellent formulation dispensing system, and is preferably worn about a user's wrist or the like, the system incorporating a cradle adapted to releasably carry a capsule of the formulation, the capsule having a membrane from which the formulation may evaporate, the system additionally comprising a vent defined by the cradle which facilitates air flow past the membrane in order to improve evaporation of the formulation. <；Figure 1>；
