PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading/unloading system of an autonomous mobile body which can avoid the contact of an occupant with a roof of a vehicle, and to provide a method for the same.SOLUTION: The loading/unloading system 1 of an autonomous mobile body includes the vehicle 10 and the autonomous mobile body 20. The vehicle 10 can store the autonomous mobile body 20, and includes a vehicle height restraining command transmitter 103 for transmitting a vehicle height restraining command to the autonomous mobile body 20 based on a distance between the occupant 100 and the vehicle roof 11. The autonomous mobile body 20 predicts an own location based on the surrounding information and moves autonomously based on the own location. The autonomous mobile body 20 includes: a vehicle body 21 on which the occupant can get； a vehicle height restraining command receiver 201 for receiving the vehicle height restraining command； and a vehicle height controller 203 for controlling the vehicle height of the vehicle body based on the vehicle height restraining command.【課題】搭乗者と車両ルーフとの接触を回避できる自律移動体の乗降システム及びその方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明にかかる自律移動体の乗降システム１は、車両１０、自律移動体２０を備える。車両１０は、自律移動体２０を収容可能であり、搭乗者１００と車両ルーフ１１との距離に基づいて、車高制限指令を自律移動体２０に対して送信する車高制限指令送信部１０３を有する。自律移動体２０は、周辺情報に基づいて自己位置を推定し、前記自己位置に基づいて自律的に移動する。自律移動体２０は、搭乗者が搭乗可能な車体２１と、車高制限指令を受信する車高制限指令受信部２０１と、車高制限指令に基づいて、車体の車高を制御する車高制御部２０３と、を有する。【選択図】図１
