PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit tissue showing periodicity in movement to be radiographed with optimal timing while suppressing a radiation exposure dose in performing radiography with timing synchronization with the phase of movement.SOLUTION: The radiographic apparatus is capable of first radiography to radiograph with a first radiation dose and second radiography with a second radiation dose smaller than the first radiation dose, predicts timing corresponding to a specific phase for an organ to be radiographed which acts with periodicity and repeats first radiography with the predicted timing and a prescribed count of second radiography before end after the predicted timing. In this repetition, a lag between the timing of the specific phase recognized from an image acquired by performing the first and second radiography and the predicted timing is detected, and the predicted timing is corrected on the basis of the detected lag.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】動きに周期性がある組織を、動きの位相に同期したタイミングで放射線撮影するにおいて、放射線の被曝量を抑えつつ、最適な撮影タイミングでの撮影を可能とする。【解決手段】 第1の線量で放射線撮影をする第1の撮影と、第1の線量よりも少ない第2の線量で放射線撮影をする第2の撮影とが可能な放射線撮影装置は、周期的な動作をする撮影対象の臓器について特定の位相に対応するタイミングを予測し、予測されたタイミングでの第1の撮影と、予測されたタイミングの前後での所定回数の第2の撮影とを繰り返し実行する。この繰り返しにおいて、第1及び第2の撮影を実行して取得された画像から認識される特定の位相のタイミングと、予測されたタイミングとのずれが検出され、検出されたずれに基づいて予測されたタイミングが補正される。【選択図】 図1
