PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise to be leaked to the outside of a house by reducing noise to be generated in an environment controller.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an environment controller 1 consisting of a box-shaped main body internally provided at a flank surface side of a house. The main body consists of: a first chamber 101 including a room where inside/outside air is taken in； and a second chamber 102 including a fan for taking in inside/outside air and a blow-out port 15 to which a duct for sending inside/outside air to the house is connected. In the first chamber, an inside air suction cylinder part 6 including inside air suction ports 3-1 and 3-2 and an outside air suction cylinder part 5 including first outside air suction ports 2-1 and 2-2 are provided protrusively. In the outside air suction cylinder part, multiple sound insulation wind direction plates are provided obliquely. A sound insulation wall plate 25 is also provided at a lower side of any one of a termination part 5-1 of the outside air suction cylinder part or a second outside air suction port 2-2 connected to the room of the first chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5-1
