FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to safe storage and transportation of transplanted cooled heart animals under pressure of preserving gaseous medium and to a mobile device for this purpose. Method involves preparation of a transplant for storage by perfusion of a transplanted organ using a storage solution in the group: Tyrode solution with addition of ceftriaxone 0.1 mg/ml, Euro-Collins solution with addition of dimethyl sulphoxide 0.5 vol%, dexamethasone 16 mcg/ml and cefalosin 0.1 mg/ml, followed by placing the graft in a container in a transfusion perfusion, storage and transportation device body, wherein air is substituted in container with graft preserving gaseous medium, consisting of mixture of CO and O2 gases in ratio of 4:3, pre-arranged in chamber with variable volume, where gas pressure of 7 atm per graft is provided by displacement of preserving gaseous medium from inner chamber volume, which is in form of chamber with elastic shell or in form of cylinder with movable piston, by forming pressure on outer part of said chamber by means of external compressor using ambient air. Mobile device comprises a body with a container, in which a transplanted organ, a thermostat, pressure and temperature sensors, a perfusion system comprising N reservoirs containing solutions for organ perfusion or storage, wherein the reservoirs inputs through the air valves and the air splitter are connected to the mini-compressor output with the possibility to displace the selected solution from the reservoir volume, and the reservoirs outlets are connected to the liquid splitter inlets the output of which is connected to the spring valve with the possibility to supply the selected solution to the transplanted organ, wherein the device further comprises a variable-volume chamber configured to pre-arrange therein a preserving gaseous medium, the air outlet of which through the air valve is connected to the air inlet of the graft container,
