PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical balloon having a layer to be easily formed without affecting the performance of an existing balloon catheter, without affecting a stent, and without dropping or movement of the stent when the balloon catheter on which the stent is mounted is inserted into a narrowed part and a stent delivery system and a method of manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: The medical balloon, the stent delivery system, and the method of manufacturing the same are provided. The medical balloon is characterized by a high-frictional thin film layer disposed on the surface of the balloon. The high-frictional thin film layer is treated with a low-molecular weight substance C having a hydroxy group after reacting a prepolymer A having at least two isocyanate groups in one molecule with at least one kind of substance B selected from a group consisting of lower diamine, lower diol and polyol.
