Radiotherapy units for intraoperative radiation therapy include irradiation units and cover units. The radiation irradiation unit includes an extension extending in one direction, and a head connected to an end of the extension and irradiating the radiation. The cover unit includes a front cover portion, a side cover portion, and a rear cover portion which are connected to each other and cover the front, the side and the rear of the head portion, respectively.
