PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device capable of making a device configuration compact by incorporating a cable.SOLUTION: Inside an X-ray irradiation part 10, a slide arm 15 and a pillar 14, a cable is laid from the pillar 14 to the X-ray irradiation part 10 through the slide arm 15. A region 30c from the slide arm 15 to the X-ray irradiation part 10 of the cable is arranged in parallel with a support shaft 23 in the vicinity of the support shaft 23.
