The flexible arm is reversibly coupled to the attaching device by means of the first and the second or third interconnectors. The first accessory is reversibly coupled to the second or third interconnector by means of a fourth interconnector, such that the first accessory is replaceable by a second accessory by means of a fifth interconnector upon exchange of the same to provide a modular, versatile and multifunctional releasable accessory-holding device. Furthermore, the invention comprises at least one adaptor characterized by having two opposing sides, comprising one sixth interconnector on one side and one seventh interconnector on the other side. The adaptor is coupled to the attaching device by means of the sixth and the first interconnectors； and is coupled to the flexible arm by means of the seventh and the second or third interconnectors.
