The present invention provides an optical measurement device and an optical measurement system whereby test subject information and measurement data can be reliably correlated with each other. A biological optical measurement device (2) to which a measurement probe (3) for performing optical measurement by input and output of light from a distal end thereof is detachably connected, provided with a calculation unit (28a) for calculating the intensity of light inputted by the measurement probe (3) and outputting the result as measurement data, a recording unit (27) for recording an amount of measurement data corresponding to that of at least one test subject, a reset control unit (28b) for deleting measurement data recorded in the recording unit (27) and controlling resetting of the recording unit (27), and a switch (23a) for detecting that the measurement probe (3) and the switch (23a) has been attached to the biological optical measurement device (2) and turning on the reset control unit (28b) in response to this detection, and the switch (23a) being provided to a connecting unit (23) between the biological optical measurement device (2) and the measurement probe (3).
