PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a float inserted with a fishing line, capable of stably maintaining inclination of the float inserted with a fishing line while securing uniformity of a material of the inside of the float inserted with a fishing line.SOLUTION: A method for producing a float inserted with a fishing line includes: forming a gap part 10 between a pipe 9 and a columnar body 1 by inserting the pipe 9 having a diameter smaller than that of a through hole into the through hole filling in the state, the gap part 10 with a water soluble hardening agent containing powder of a substance having a specific gravity higher than that of a substance forming the columnar body 1 from the upper end side of the gap part 10 and installing a center positioning jig 8 on the upper end side of the columnar body 1 followed by inserting the pipe 9 into an insertion hole 7. With this, the pipe 9 is fixed to the center of the through hole 2 on the upper end side of the columnar body 1, and the upper end of the gap part 10 is in a state of being covered with the center positioning jig 8. A high specific gravity layer 11 having a specific gravity higher than that of a substance forming the columnar body 1 is formed in an axis core direction of the columnar body 1 by hardening a water soluble hardening agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】中通し浮き内部の材質の均等性を確保しつつ、中通し浮きの斜め化を安定的に維持することが可能な中通し浮きの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】貫通孔の径よりも小径のパイプ9を貫通孔に挿通して、パイプ9と柱状体1との間に空隙部10が形成される。この状態で、空隙部10の上端側から、柱状体1を形成する物質よりも比重の大きい物質の粉体を含有する水溶性硬化剤を空隙部10に充填する。この後、中心位置決め治具8を、柱状体1の上端側に設置し、通し穴7にパイプ9を通す。これによって、柱状体1の上端側でパイプ9は貫通孔2の中心に固定され、空隙部10の上端は、中心位置決め治具8によって覆われた状態となる。水溶性硬化剤を硬化して、柱状体1の軸芯方向に、柱状体1を形成する物質よりも比重の大きい重比重層11が形成される。【選択図】図3
