An anti-toppling buoy includes a body portion, a tail portion, and a foot portion. The body portion defines an axis. The center of gravity between the top end and the bottom end falls upon the axis. A horizon line is peripherally disposed on the body portion adjacent to the top end of the buoy. A channel having two ends is formed from the bottom end along the axis toward the top end. The first end is at the bottom end, and the second end is on a lateral side of the body portion between the center of gravity and the horizon line. The tail portion is at the top end. The foot portion is hollow and connected with the channel, with the fishing line passes through the foot portion and the second end. Therefore, the user pulls the fishing line to prevent the buoy from toppling.本發明揭示一種防傾倒之浮標，其包括：一標身部、一標尾部及一標腳部。標身部具有一軸線，標身部沿著軸線具有一頂端及一相反設置的底端，頂端與底端之間具有一重心並位於軸線上，且標身部鄰近於頂端周緣環設有一止水線，其中，標身部自底端沿著軸線並朝頂端方向設有一通道，且通道具有一第一開放端及一第二開放端，第一開放端位於底端，第二開放端位於重心與止水線之間且向標身部側邊開放；標尾部係設置於頂端；標腳部係呈中空狀連通於通道，俾使釣線穿設於標腳部且由第二開放端向外穿出，藉此，於釣線拉動浮標時，能夠避免浮標傾倒。
