PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump capable of delivering liquid medicament, with a syringe pusher correctly held by a holding member by preventing a gear of the holding member from deviating in a thrust direction with respect to a gear in a power side.SOLUTION: A holding mechanism 80 of the syringe pump includes: a first holding member 81 and a second holding member 82 disposed at both sides of a syringe pusher a first gear 151 corresponding to the first holding member 81 a second gear 152 corresponding to the second holding member 82 a third gear 153 engaged with the first gear 151 to transmit power to the first holding member 81 a fourth gear 154 that is interposed between the second gear 152 and the third gear 153 to transmit the power of the third gear 153 to the second gear 152 and a first elastic member 171 energizing the first gear 151 in a thrust direction (an X direction).
