PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump compatibly achieving easiness of attachment/detachment of an infusion pump cassette and stable rotation drive.SOLUTION: The infusion pump includes: a drive ring 155 that rotationally turns about a rotation center line when an infusion pump cassette is held by a cassette holding part a plurality of catches 152 that are slid in a direction of separating from each other and releasably locking the locking object portions of the infusion pump cassette a link member 156 that connects the drive ring 155 and the plurality of catches 152 respectively, in response to the turning direction of the drive ring 155, simultaneously locks the cassette to the plurality of catches 152, and simultaneously releasing the locks thereof a coil spring 157 that energizes the drive ring 155 to make the catches 152 stay at the locked positions and a cassette lever 151 that, in response to the operation, rotationally turns the drive ring 155 in the inverse direction to the locking direction against the energization force by the coil spring 157, and slides the catches 152 in a direction of releasing the locks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】輸液ポンプ用カセットの着脱の容易性と、安定した回転駆動とを両立させた輸液ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】輸液ポンプ用カセットがカセット保持部に保持されたときの回転中心線の回りに回動する駆動リング155と、互いに接離する向きにスライドして輸液ポンプ用カセットの被係止部それぞれを解除自在に係止する複数の係止爪152と、 駆動リング155と複数の係止爪152それぞれとを連結し、駆動リング155の回動の向きに応じて、複数の係止爪152に、カセットを同時に係止させ、およびその係止を同時に解除させるリンク部材156と、駆動リング155を付勢して係止爪152を係止した位置に留まらせるコイルバネ157と、駆動リング155を、操作に応じて、コイルバネ157による付勢力に抗して、係止の向きとは逆向きに回動させて、係止爪152を、係止を解除する向きにスライドさせるカセットレバー151とを備えた。【選択図】図8
