The present invention relates to a right angled scissors for cutting a thread in an intrauterine device which is coupled to enable a first body and second body to rotate on a pivot. Each of the first body and second body includes: a finger grip put on a finger of a user； a handle connected from the finger grip to the pivot； and a cutting unit extended from the pivot. A front end unit of the cutting unit is bent at the right angle in a lengthwise direction of the first body and second body. According to the present invention, pains of an operator of the intrauterine device, and a coitus opponent can be prevented since the thread in the intrauterine device can be cut at the right angle.본 발명은 제1몸체 및 제2몸체가 피봇을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 자궁내장치의 실 절단용 직각가위에 관한 것으로서, 제1몸체 및 제2몸체 각각은, 사용자의 손가락이 끼워지는 핑거그립과, 핑거그립에서 피봇으로 연결되는 핸들과, 피봇에서 연장되는 절단부를 포함하며, 절단부의 선단부가 제1몸체 및 제2몸체의 길이방향에 대해 직각으로 꺾어져 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 자궁내장치의 실을 직각으로 절단할 수 있으므로 자궁내장치 시술자 및 코우이터스 상대방의 통증을 방지할 수 있다.
