PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary tool which is not broken during work, which makes a material cost low, and which is environmentally friendly.SOLUTION: A sanitary tool comprises a cloth piece 2 made of synthetic fibers, and a support 3 which has one end used as an action part 31, which has the other end used as a holding part 32 and which is made of a piece of paper with rigidity. At least one surface of the action part 31 of the support 3 is coated with a synthetic resin film 4 made of a material capable of being heat-sealed to the synthetic fibers of the cloth piece 2. The cloth piece 2 is heat-sealed onto the synthetic resin film 4.
