PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel disposable portable body warmer capable of giving a user a sense of moisture when used.SOLUTION: A heat generation member 1 is sealed inside a flat bag body consisting of a permeable sheet 4 and an impermeable sheet 5. The bag body is contained tight-sealed in an outer bag.
