The present invention relates to a novel benzopyran derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same as an effective ingredient. Having no influence on the complex structure of HSP90 and HSF-1, the compound represented by chemical formula 1, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof according to the present invention does not induce the activation of HSF-1 or the expression of HSP genes, with the consequent effective promotion of cancer cell death and, as such, can be used as an effective ingredient of an anticancer agent.La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de benzopyrane ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci et une composition pharmaceutique le comprenant en tant que principe actif. Le composé représenté par la formule chimique 1, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ou un solvate du composé, selon la présente invention n'a aucune influence sur la structure complexe de HSP90 et de HSF-1, n'induit pas l'activation de HSF-1 ou l'expression de gènes de HSP, a une augmentation efficace conséquente de la mort des cellules cancéreuses, ce qui lui permet d'être utilisé en tant que principe actif d'un agent anticancéreux.본 발명은 신규한 벤조파이란 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 그 용매화물은 HSP90과 HSF-1의 complex 구조에 영향을 미치지 않으므로 HSF-1의 활성화나 HSP gene들의 발현을 유도하지 않아 효과적으로 암세포의 사멸을 촉진하므로, 항암제의 유효성분으로 사용될 수 있다.
