The present invention relates to an improved invention represented by the registered patent of 1049245 by the present applicant and, specifically, to a head fixing apparatus for stretching cervical vertebrae which does not pressurize the head part of a patient or give incompleteness and is used by easily using in combination of a jaw fixing method or a forehead fixing method according to the status of a patient. The present invention comprises: a control box (10) which equips left and right supporters (11)； left and right supporters (20) which are fixed in both upper parts of the control box (10) and equip projection parts (21)； left and right pad pan heads (40, 50) which are combined in the upper part of the supporters (20) using shafts (30) and respectively equip projections (41), front and back projections (51, 52), and falling out prevention grooves (53)； and supporting pads (60) which equip adjustment strings (61) and hanging strings (62) which are respectively inserted into the pad pan heads (40, 50).
